Découpage

Découpage is such a great hobby. I have been spending a fortune in materials but now I am realizing there is really no need. There are so may things around the house you can use and plenty of pictures in old magazines and books. It's a wonderful way of using your favourite pictures and although you can't use photos you can always make photocopies and use those. This plate is very English and I can't renounce it but reallyI am into a modenized Italian Style using favourite Old Masters against coloured walls.

Having said that, this seems more French!
And this is SO romantic and seems more Edwardian!

I'm pleased with this one. I painted over and the original cutout has been lost completely!
